function aes_256_encrypt(string $data, string $password_key): string;

Encrypts the text with the AES 256 using a password key.

Parameters

$data	by value	string		The data to be encrypted.
$password_key	by value	string		The password key used for the encryption.

string

Returns the encrypted text.
